Manuel Dobrinsky Reappointed Ad Hoc Committee on Attorney Admissions, Peer Reviews and Attorney Grievances

MIAMI, Fla.- Manuel Dobrinsky, a partner in the Miami base law firm of Freidin • Dobrinsky, has been re-appointed by Chief Judge Moreno to the Ad Hoc Committee on Attorney Admissions, Peer Reviews and Attorney Grievances of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The Ad Hoc Committee is charged with reviewing the Attorney Admissions standards of the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, making recommendations to the Court with regard to training, trial experience, student practice, and admissions examinations. The Committee determines whether individuals are failing to perform to an adequate level of competency necessary to protect the interests of their clients and to establish and administer a remedial program designed to raise the competence of a lawyer who is not performing adequately. The Ad Hoc Committee will also review allegations of lawyer misconduct and make reports and recommendations as to what actions the Court should take. The Committee is also a means for voicing complaints and constructive suggestions concerning the administration of the Court.

Manuel Dobrinsky specializes in personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, and consumer fraud. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association and is the treasurer of the Miami-Dade Justice Association.
